While this program area has many facets to it, the foundational pivot point has been and is today our monthly pot luck luncheon program, presently on the third Monday of the month, 11:00 AM.  Historically, we could say that this particular group might well be the oldest of its kins in Scott County.  As the church began over 40 years ago, some saintly persons saw the need and desire for a social outlet in the community.  With Christian fellowship, varied programming, and the ever- popular pot-luck dishes secured the success which continues today.

Age is not a factor.  Denominational lines have been crossed.  We even have a resident humorist in Dr. Davila.  With a small donation each meeting, our staffa is able to ensure a tasty meat with trimmings to go along with YOUR POTS of LUCK.  Coffee, teat and water are available.  Working with the Senior Adult Minister, our church elected committee adds decorations and whatever preparation is needed.
